Delivery and Returns
UK STANDARD - 2-5 working days- £4.99
UK NEXT WORKING DAY - £6.95 (order by 4pm Mon-Thur)
For UK next day delivery orders must be placed between Monday -Thursday and ordered before 4pm to receive next working day.
Any next day orders made on a bank holiday will not be received until the Weds.
Next day deliveries do not include Saturday deliveries.
Orders made after 4pm on Thursday using next day delivery will not be received until the following Monday.(Unless the Monday is a bank holiday then it will be on the Tuesday)
Orders made after 4pm on Friday for next day will not be sent out until the Monday which you will then receive on the Tuesday. (Unless the Monday is bank holiday then it will not be sent out until Tuesday meaning you will receive on the Weds)
Only after 15 working days will we class an order as lost. We will then issue a refund or send a replacement order. (UK ONLY)
Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address when purchasing your order as once the order has gone through we cannot ammend this and we will not be liable if the order gets sent to the wrong address.

Please accept our acknowledgement. If you have not received your order within 5 -14 working days or if your goods are damaged in transit please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 working days upon receipt of the order.
You can return any unwanted item to us for a refund or exchange within 15 days of purchase. Your order must reach us within the 15 days to be eligible. The item must be unworn and in good condition. Please check for any damages before wearing/washing as we are not liable for faults after the item has been worn.
Strictly NO RETURNS on sale items or clearance stock.
Please include any paperwork inside with your return AND your ORDER NUMBER without this we cannot process your return.
Returns costs are at your own expense (Unless the item is faulty)
We do not refund original shipping costs.
If you have not received your order after 15 working days please contact us.
If you have received an incorrect/faulty order please return to us straight away. The order must be returned to us within 14 days of purchase.
If you have received the wrong size please contact us straight away, you must return the order to us within 14 days.
If you do wish to return an item to us we would advise you use RECORDED DELIVERY so we can trace the item in the event of any problems. If you chose to use standard delivery we will not be responsible for any undelivered or lost items and you will have to make a claim.
